In-Person Duet Packages

Service Description

Try our semi-private class for you and your workout partner. This class is for no more than 2 individuals to attend class together. (The person is responsible for having a second person for the duet unless talked about with the instructor first) To book semi-private classes, you must first complete the introductory class package (privates). Additionally, this no contract option is perfect for those who are not yet ready to commit. We offer our in-person semi-private class in single sessions or a package of 1 or 3. (1) 50 min. session - $45 one time fee per client. (3) 50 min. sessions - $120 one time fee per client. *Semi-private classes: both parties must book to honor session or it will be changed to a private class. *Sessions will be approved by instructor, then an invoice will be sent to each individual. Invoice must be paid ASAP or the session will be canceled. *After the invoice is paid, book additional sessions via the client scheduler. *For in-person classes, the address will be emailed. *No Contract Option *Non-commitment classes/packages will expire after 90 days automatically. *Liability Waiver & New Client Intake + History Form must be completed. Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions: *Liability Waiver & New Client Intake + History Form must be completed prior to the start of any class to attend. *A Discovery Consult is required before booking any in-person classes. *Purchasing the Introductory Package is required before booking any classes. As much as we would like to work with everyone, this package allows us to determine if we are a good fit for each other. **Introductory packages will expire after 3 weeks automatically. *All memberships are reoccurring monthly fees charged automatically. *Non-used membership credits do NOT roll over to the next month. *All memberships require a 3 month commitment with a 30 day cancellation notice. *To cancel your membership, please send 30 day cancellation notice via email to healthysoulpilates@gmail.com. *Non commitment packages will expire after 90 days automatically. *Semi-private classes: both parties must book to honor session or it will be charged as a private class. *Sessions will be approved by instructor, then an invoice will be sent to each individual. Invoice must be paid ASAP or session will be cancelled. *All clients must cancel classes 24 hours before the start of their scheduled class. If the client is a no show without cancelling, client will lose credit. *Canceling after the 24 hour window, will result in a $15 fee. No shows will result in a $20 fee. *ALL fees will automatically be deducted from the card on file. *REFUNDS - We understand life happens, however we do NOT offer refunds
