Service Description
For clients with PAID sessions, packages, or memberships only to book both in-person and online classes.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions: *Liability Waiver & New Client Intake + History Form must be completed prior to the start of any class to attend. *A Discovery Consult is required before booking any in-person classes. *Purchasing the Introductory Package is required before booking any classes. As much as we would like to work with everyone, this package allows us to determine if we are a good fit for each other. **Introductory packages will expire after 3 weeks automatically. *All memberships are reoccurring monthly fees charged automatically. *Non-used membership credits do NOT roll over to the next month. *All memberships require a 3 month commitment with a 30 day cancellation notice. *To cancel your membership, please send 30 day cancellation notice via email to healthysoulpilates@gmail.com. *Non commitment packages will expire after 90 days automatically. *Semi-private classes: both parties must book to honor session or it will be charged as a private class. *Sessions will be approved by instructor, then an invoice will be sent to each individual. Invoice must be paid ASAP or session will be cancelled. *All clients must cancel classes 24 hours before the start of their scheduled class. If the client is a no show without cancelling, client will lose credit. *Canceling after the 24 hour window, will result in a $15 fee. No shows will result in a $20 fee. *ALL fees will automatically be deducted from the card on file. *REFUNDS - We understand life happens, however we do NOT offer refunds
